Have you ever thought of migrating?
Up till now,the idea of emigration has never crossed my mind.
Despite all the restrictions and unfavourable reasons to stay on(actually many developed countries are facing similar problems like us),i feel i'm bonded to this little red dot.
I do love Singapore and everytime when i came back from overseas,i feel blessed.
That i had a chance to travel at ease with my little red passport.
It saddened me to know that a few friends of mine are thinking of leaving Singapore for good. Not only that, there seems to be more 'Part Time Singaporeans' who are merely using Singapore as a stepping stone to move to the West.Once they have received their Permanent Residency or achieved their career targets, they are goin to wave good bye to us.
I guess there's nothing wrong with that, cos' everyone wants a better life for themselves.
Well,
As a nation I must say we are very fortunate to be endowed with many things, for eg, we do have a country/state/land, unlike others who are having wars for it.
Another thing is,i feel the society is full of warmth and people are generally kind here.
Also,With all the negative talks about our government, I actually wonder,if you put other governments and laws of each country side by side, can you seriously say that Singapore’s is not up to standard?
Well, there will surely be people say that i'm pro PAP.I want to emphasize this, loving Singapore is not equivalent to supporting PAP.

As much as Singaporeans love to complain, I guess people will never be happy with what they have. Maybe it’s time to take a step back and actually enjoy what we have and taken for granted for all these years.

It is run by a team of former Canadian citizens, who have now permanently left Canada and are happily living and working abroad.

I'm always torn. On one hand, I want to work overseas some day. On the other, I want to stay here with my loved ones..

Also think that some people just like to kao beh la! In the end, I'm safe and comfortable here, and I feel at home. That's enough :)
